What shipping carrier do you use?
We send all packages through Canada Post.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to Canada and the US, but we're working on it!
What if I want to exchange an item?
We are happy to handle the shipping costs for exchanges and store credits. If you are exchanging an item, or would like store credit, the item must be returned within 14 days of delivery. At this time, we only offer exchange or store credit.

When will my package be shipped?
Orders placed Monday-Thursday before 5pm PST are generally shipped the following day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday are shipped on Monday.
Please note: We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. We are not responsible for additional fees through customs, etc for cross-border orders. Express is not available at this time.
